1. What comes with a subscription?

2. Can I subscribe to only one part of Plan It (such as Pre-Retiree lane or just the articles)?
   No. Plan It is sold as one product.
3. How do I install Plan It on my Web site?
   Once you subscribe to Plan It, you will receive instructions and a Web link so you can install Plan It on your Web site.
4. How many times can I link to Plan It?
   There is no limit. You can link as many times as you want to. We encourage you to link from your pages that describe retirement savings, IRAs, college savings, trust services, certificates...whatever you offer that applies to baby boomers.
5. How often does CUNA update content?
   There’s a new feature each month, as well as a new weekly posting of an article, audio spot, calculator, FAQ, or Pre-Retiree Lane episode.
6. How do I customize the Web site with my credit union name, logo, links, and special offers?
   When you subscribe to Plan It, you will receive a link to an online customization form. All you’ll need to do is log in and fill in the blanks. It only takes 10 minutes, and you can customize your Web site anytime.

8. Who is the target audience?
   Current baby boomers, ages 40-60, although the information is good for anyone planning for their later years.
9. If my members enter any personal information on the site is it secure?
   Yes – Your members have the option of creating a profile on Plan It. This information is automatically transferred to “Financial Longevity” and “Track My Savings” and helps make the process faster and easier for your members. Any information your members input is stored on a secure server.
10. I’m having trouble viewing screens in Plan It. What’s wrong?
    Nothing. Some pages in Plan It may require Macromedia Flash Player to view. If you do not have Flash Player already installed, you may download a free copy here. Please let us know if this does not solve the problem.
