When placing an order large enough to be shipped directly from the manufacturer, you have the option of choosing
the color of your product. Most products are available in blue, green, orange, red and purple and will have a link
to see the exact colors on the manufacturer's Web site. If you do not specify a color, the default assortment or
color will be shipped.

Minimum Order
The minimum order is $50. Orders under $50 will be charged an $8 order-processing fee.
Shipping and Handling
Send no money now - your credit union will be billed for your order, plus shipping and handling. Please note that standard products will be shipped separately from custom products.
Turnaround Time
Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of standard ICU Day products and 3-4 weeks for custom products.
Returns
Please inspect your order upon arrival and notify us of any defects within two weeks of receiving shipment. Promotional items cannot be returned for reasons other than defect.
