How it works

First, place one or more of the HomeValueBot links on your home page. When visitors visit the page, they are prompted for an address and other information. After gathering required and optional data, HomeValueBot calculates a value estimate and delivers a custom report within seconds.

Visitors can then click on links directly to your loan application page, which can be pre-populated (optional). All activity to this point is tracked for analysis.

When a visitor enters an e-mail address, the visitor will automatically receive quarterly value updates on the property they entered. HomeValueBot will automatically send Home Value Updates to these visitors on your behalf--complete with links back to your Web site. These e- mails are compliant with CAN-SPAM Act regulations, offering unsubscribe options.
