Meet the 2007-08 Teenage Panel for C-Note
The new members of CUNA’s C-Note Teenage Panel are already busy critiquing all the new stories and games we release in the next year: Derek, age 17, is a high school senior in Manitowoc, Wisc. He says, “I have been working at UnitedOne Credit Union since the young age of 15.” After he graduates from
Eloise, age 17, is a high school junior in Oregon, Wisc. She was born in South Africa, and says, “Afrikaans is my first language, and it’s what I speak at home with my parents.” Her advice to her peers: “Save your money. Buying something big that you’ve wanted for a long time will be more rewarding than buying a million little things along the way.” Rakhee, age 17, is a high school senior in Seffner, Fla. She says, “My time is usually occupied with going to school, hanging out with friends, or working.” After graduating from high school, Rakhee plans to go to the University of South Florida and attain a masters in business, or something more specific within business. |

Give youth print and online newsletters! These lively newsletter pages give your young members previews of stories, activities and comics for the coming three months. Use them to direct young readers to your credit union web site, so they can see what’s new in 5-Spot, AJ’s and C-Note. IMPORTANT: You add your credit union logo and mailing information.
