If you’re wondering if EZ Mail is right for your credit union, Darlene is your person. She can walk you through the features and help you determine if the service is a good fit. Ask her anything—she’ll find the right person to give you an answer. And be sure to ask her about her golf game and her three granddaughters, Pepper, Stella, and Isabelle.

As you set up your EZ Mail subscription, Heather will guide you through the steps. Although the process is easy, there are many options, and Heather can coach you along the path. Want to use your own template—work with Heather; want to send an additional message this month—work with Heather; have a special file to upload—work with Heather; need a dog sitter—don’t call Heather because she’s too busy taking her dog Dakota hiking, canoeing, camping, running, etc.

If you’re not sure who to call with your question, start with Barb. She’s a wonderful resource. And if someone new at your credit union is taking over EZ Mail, be sure to let Barb know. You can also just give her a call to check the latest scores on Wisconsin Badger football and basketball.

The buck stops here. Please let Joanne know if anything about EZ Mail is not meeting your needs. (Suggestions and compliments welcome, too.) Joanne oversees the monthly content and design and, in general, makes sure that EZ Mail keeps humming. Just exercise a little decorum if calling in March and the Duke Blue Devils have not made it to the Final Four (she gets a little teary-eyed when they lose).
